Effects of Polyacrylamide, Biochar, and Palm Fiber on Soil Erosion at the Early Stage of Vegetation Concrete Slope Construction

The goal of this research is to investigate strategies increase the erosion resistance slope surface during early stages vegetation concrete construction, as well offer a scientific foundation for improving formulation. Simulated rainfall experiments were carried out at 2 different gradients (50° and 60°), intensities (60 120 mm·h−1), 4 treatments (CK-no additive, 0.4% P-polyacrylamide, 4% C-biochar, F-palm fiber). PAM, palm fiber, biochar significantly reduced initial runoff time by an average 47.03%, 46.41%, 22.67%, respectively (p < 0.05). rate each under conditions increased with expansion duration then fluctuated stabilized, whereas decreased stabilized.
